Meet Andrew Barlow, A Co-Founder and CEO of ClaimSafe, a pioneering cloud-based platform tailored to revolutionize the way insurers and supply chains tackle emergency property claims.
With an innate drive to reimagine the insurance Industry, Andrew embarked on a journey to bridge the gap between insurance and technology. His fascination with crafting solutions that streamline processes and enhance customer experiences paved the way for the birth of ClaimSafe. Through meticulous dedication, Andrew has cultivated an unparalleled expertise in both insurance operations and cutting-edge technology.
As the visionary leader behind ClaimSafe, Andrew has orchestrated the development of a transformative platform that challenges traditional norms in the insurance sector. His leadership style is characterized by a perfect fusion of innovation and pragmatism, nurturing an environment where groundbreaking ideas thrive. Under his guidance, ClaimSafe has emerged as a beacon of reliability, equipping insurers, and suppliers with an arsenal of tools to swiftly respond to emergency property claims.
Andrew’s career has led him to innovate multiple businesses in the insurance sector. One in particular, Insurance Claim Rentals. Were the Company now works directly for several major insurers nationally to provide temporary Accommodation solutions to insurers/policyholders.
Andrew is a big believer that you are only as good as the people who support you. Whether that’s in business or in your personal life both work hand in hand and are an extremely important part to increase your chances to success.
Outside the realm of entrepreneurship, Andrew enjoys a quiet relaxed weekend with walks on the beach, followed by a late breakfast and a coffee in hand.
Andrew’s philosophy is “If it was easy everyone would be doing it.”

Meet Ryan Hage, a Co-Founder of ClaimSafe. Ryan brings a robust background in the insurance building repair industry, equipped with wide-ranging knowledge and pragmatic understanding of insurance repair protocols in general and commercial insurance.
Over the years, Ryan’s first-hand experience has allowed him to delve deep into this intricate sector, grasping its complexities at a granular level. Ryan hasn't shied away from the intricate challenges intrinsic to insurance-related repairs. In fact, these challenges have been a catalyst for his growing expertise and vision to bring structure and efficiencies to the emergency repair space.
With Co-Founder Andrew Barlow, Ryan also embarked on the journey to build an application that would bridge the divide that existed in the insurance emergency repair sector.
Ryan’s insight and expertise in this niche have proven instrumental in navigating the many intricacies that often come with insurance-related building repairs. His proven background in the industry continues to push boundaries and deliver high-quality solutions to varied challenges. He brings this passion and commitment to ClaimSafe, contributing to its ongoing success while continuously raising the bar for insurance building repairs.

Meet Sharon Cottam, the Operations Manager at ClaimSafe. Sharon manages the daily operations and oversee our impactful development projects, ensuring we continuously deliver the state-of-the-art claims management solutions that we're dedicated to offering.
Sharon brings over a decade of experience in Insurtech to this role, where her focus has covered an array of areas such as business analysis, project management, implementation, and claims management software. Sharon’s journey in the insurance industry began with a robust five-year stint in operations through multiple domains including claims management, loss adjusting, administration, supply chain management, and catastrophe management. These years provided her with deep industry insights, a holistic view of the insurance industry and honed skills that she leverages daily in claims technology in her current role.
Ever since Sharon was introduced to ClaimSafe's vision, she was instantly sold. The mission resonated with Sharon, and she took an immediate plunge into the collaborative effort to make it a reality. Sharon believes in not just what we do, but how we do it – by integrating transformative technologies and personalised services to create efficient solutions that cater to real needs.
But it's not all about technology for Sharon. Sharon a firm believer that a company is only as good as its people. As such, Sharon is passionately committed to nurturing leadership and fostering a culture where our team can grow, innovate, and excel. Through her role, Sharon aims to continually improve our processes and operations to ensure we deliver optimal performances with a team that feels valued and motivated.
Before stepping into the Insurtech space, Sharon’s career spanned areas like accounting, tax investigation, warehouse distribution management, and manufacturing & distribution, bringing all that diverse experience to ClaimSafe, infusing business knowledge into everyday operations. The practical knowledge and leadership skills Sharon has amassed through these roles has refined her lens for effective decision-making and strategic planning.
Outside the world of ClaimSafe Sharon keeps herself (overly) busy studying toward her MBA, regular trips back to her homeland of New Zealand, as much time as possible at the waterfront, and pandering to her cavoodle’s every whim.
